Will a Payoneer card work for withdrawing money in a country other than Russia? Share experience who really tried. I doubt it, maybe there are limitations.

I met with such a problem
Traveled.
Due to access to the card from different countries in a short period of time, the card was blocked. To unlock, you need to send a scan of documents. If this is the only means of existence, then it can seriously strain, since unlocking took about 1 month.
