Do you know a service (bank?) that allows you to create a Visa / Mastercard Virtual and that there is an API that provides access to the account?
Not necessarily the API. I can parse everything and parse what you need. It's just that systems like Qiwi change their interface every six months in order to fill up enthusiasts like me with their bots.
