Hello! How to properly approach the issue of connecting payment systems in the Bitrix Start edition? The bottom line is that in this edition there is no Payment systems item in the Shop section. It turns out you need to manually connect each system? And how can the admin view paid orders? With the help of infoblocks?

Yes, there is no store section. Therefore, there is no functionality related to payment and order processing. And based on this, it follows that everything will need to be written manually: storing and processing orders, connecting payment systems (using API) and so on ..
Depends on the programmer, i.e. on how it will store and process data.
These can be both infoblocks and highload blocks (preferably).
