Payment system for an Internet service acting as an intermediary?

Good afternoon, friends
The situation in 2 words:
There are: 1) the buyer (customer) - an individual; 2) the supplier is an individual; 3) our intermediary service (website).
What is the point: the buyer pays for the goods (electronics, ex telephone) on our website, the supplier brings it, we charge our commission for organizing the site / transaction.
Question: it is necessary to take an advance payment from the buyer, reserve these funds with us, pay them to the supplier upon receipt of the goods by the buyer, minus our commission.
Tell me, please, in what system and how can this be done in order to minimize our commission costs?

@vspavel

the mechanism of work described by you in Russia is possible only if you do not receive all the money from the user of the "buyer", but you will be able to hold them, and after the transaction is made, divide the payment into your commission and payment to the "seller", but there are no ready-made solutions for this
