Payment from Apple to the card. Where is the commission from?

Received my first payment from Apple, on the card of an individual in tinkov. The total amount of receipt is 20% less than the amount indicated in the Apple payment. Where to make the difference I can not understand.

Requests for support from Apple Bank and my bank turned up nothing. Apple said that it sent exactly as much as was payable, and the bank says that there are no commissions for receiving.

Apple reports that it may be an intermediary bank, but they have nothing to do with it and cannot say anything.

Question for those who know how to be? Maybe there are banks or some way to minimize this commission?
