Pattern in photoshop pat in png?

There is psd, in it the background layer is made with a pattern. I need to download this pattern in png, since the entire background will be taken as a whole, it will weigh a lot. How to export a pattern or save it as png or jpg?

In short: look in the layer effects for what kind of pattern and its size. Then create a new document of the required size and copy the styles into it (including the pattern we need) into a new document and save it in PNG.
