Password manager for macOS?
Recommend a smart password manager for Mac?
Preferably open source, with local storage of the file with passwords. Autocomplete in browsers is not needed. We need data import capabilities.
I know about KeePass, but it only works with Mono. KeePassX seems to be no longer being developed. 1Password is quite expensive and somewhat poor in terms of features and design.

1Password is actually a great thing, although I agree - expensive, but extremely convenient, I have been using it for almost a year now.
Have you looked at the System Keychain? There is no import there (except for importing certificates), but otherwise a normal manager. Great password generator. In addition, since it is a system framework, many programs integrate quite tightly with it.

What development do you expect?
I'll leave it here in case someone googles it too.
