Pass path from 0(frontend)?

Hello. Please help with your advice. I want to change my profession, I chose frontend development for myself, I don’t want to waste my time, I’m ready to devote 5 hours a day to this, but only effectively, with benefit. I know that there are really experienced people here and those who understand me, those who also started and asked for advice. Question: I came across 2 resources: html academy and yandex praktikum. Where is it worth getting trained? And is it even worth going there? There are a lot of courses in html academy, and I don't mind paying for paid courses. Are these resources helpful? Or find another way to study? If yes, please write which one? Can watch on YouTube how a person writes code and repeat after him? Thanks in advance for your understanding and replies.

there is an understanding of the basics.

When you pass:
- htmlacademy courses (there is layout, and I don’t advise intensive courses, unless you can take and layout the layout after the courses, then you can intensively)
- read learn.javascript.ru
- programming basics - hexlet
- practice - codewars
- dock according to the chosen freemvorku and projects for practice.
Here it will be an understanding of the basics

Can watch on YouTube how a person writes code and repeat after him?

Yes, practice makes the difference.

I would first find out how old you are, and from what profession you are trying to jump into the Web.
For each age, there will be a different algorithm.
Let's say from 18 to 24 - "as long as HR sees that you are "young and promising" - one approach",
if you are 24 - 30 (you have a technical education, you work in an IT company) - another algorithm.
If you are 30+ and you have worked as a manager for 8 years - and then it dawned on you that you get 50k for a whole day of working with goats clients, and somewhere Petrov gets 60k, just making up websites and shaking busty blone buffers - there are already more sophisticated approaches.
Colleagues wrote about the courses, but I would add more practice from the very beginning, immediately take layouts, and patch up holes in knowledge with the help of blood, tears and Google.

I am a student at Geekbrains in the faculty. Quite satisfied. The training lasts 1.5 years. But along the way, I read books, watch videos, and every day I make up linings from business cards to shops until my brain boils. Believe me, there is nothing fabulous here, money is not given just like that. And if after a month you get a website where you can click on two buttons, then everything is bad and you need to study harder. I won’t answer, because I was told not to study and everything connected with it, they say, it’s not yours. But for me it's incredibly interesting. The first month of study, I fell asleep at the computer by 9 am, got up from the fact that my wife was preparing breakfast and continued to study again until 9 am. I'm not saying that this is how it should be and that's right, but if you are ready to do the same as me, everything will work out. And do not listen to people who say that we would not climb here. They don't understand that we don't want to be the next Wozniak or the like of the world's bigwigs. I personally want to work quietly and get a well-deserved pay. Even if after 5 years I don’t reach Lida, but I’m an average signer, I’ll be happy about it. In short, a teacher if you really like it. It's not even easy, even though at first it seems like it, but in my opinion it's worth it.

If you are completely new to this, then for a basic understanding of HTML / CSS, htmlacademy is very good. Along the way, read books / articles and you can start to make something simple, such as a business card site.
