Parsing incoming mail

Prompt the library for _correct_ parsing of incoming mail, if there is one.

The main requirement is the normal parsing of the body of the letter in order to get the text as output, regardless of the format and encoding of the letter.

I know about the imap_* functions, too lazy to deal with encodings and formats, I want a finished bike :)
