Parsing a media site for links?

Tell me who can come across.
There is a site with media content links in the code end in mp4. What is needed. Pull out the link to the movie and the name of the movie. And drive it all into a file in two lines in m3u format. So you need to go through the whole site. And create one big m3u file with all the movies on the site.
All this for ss-iptv on lg smart tv. There is no desire to watch movies through the browser.
