Parallax elements on the site when scrolling?

Good day. I'm looking for everything and I can't find a suitable parallax script. The point is. I need some element to stand, let's say, at 0 pixel in the block and, when scrolling, smoothly fall by 100 pixel, and return back to 0 pixel when scrolling vertically. The main thing is that all this happens on the monitor, and not let's say I'm at the bottom of the site, start scrolling up and it will return to 0 pixel outside of my screen. I think it was clear?
