Paid technical support for Linux. Is she worth the money?

I want to solve the problem of not quite professional knowledge in Linux with the help of paid technical support.
I think to take a year and fully deal with all the subtleties. I do not believe that online courses, and no matter who teaches them, will still not teach you how to work with Linux correctly.
The question is next. Who has experience with paid technical support for Linux.

All the subtleties for the year is unlikely.
In a couple of months, it is quite possible to master what you personally need to support the server. But all the subtleties mean that a person must constantly work with a lot of Linux, constantly tweak something new in order to learn the nuances. Be aware of the release of all updates in order to understand which of them need to be installed, what to close where.
To simply raise a simple Linux for a small office as an Internet gateway, raise a proxy, mail, business card site and vpn on it, it’s enough to sit for a month yourself with Google and manuals

No one will train with you. And comment on kilometer configs too.

Will not work. Tech support is focused on solving the problem, without explaining how and what.
Only a constant stay in a Linux environment gives knowledge and experience.
Migrate your desktop to Linux - gain ample knowledge and experience in the process, just reading articles and how-to's to feel confident.

Doesn't make sense.
Technical support is not training, they can promise anything, but they will not answer questions.
There is no online training, everyone is lying. Only by yourself - documentation, mana, climb into the source code. There is a course of good lectures - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXVkOj6i2sY but it is worth considering that these are lectures.
No one will chew and put knowledge in your mouth. Learn to mine yourself - it will come in handy.
