Page template not loading, giving 404 error?

Hello !
I have already made 5 different WP installations, I don’t understand what the trouble is, the page-komanda.php file is in the topic. I
created a Page from the admin panel, connected this template, follow the created link, to which I get a 404 error in response. The permalinks are: Title of
the post The actual page of the site --- ares-sait.alegar.com.ua/komanda
Any advice would be welcome
