Page of the form: site-address//?p=3544 where does it come from in Bitrix?

Webmaster constantly adds and removes pages like: site-url//?p=3544 (numbers are different all the time). The link leads to the MAIN page. What is it? And how to turn it off? Why is this generated?
In robots.txt if you add: Disallow: /*?p= . Will help?

Disallow: /*?p=
will help. Over time, pages will fly out of the index.
You can also redirect all pages of this type to the main one.

@sxq

Disallow: /*?p=
will not help, Google will ignore this option, it will say in the output that the display is limited and all that, but there will be a link to go, and if there is a ban, these pages will hang for life, because. the robot is not allowed to scan.
You can solve it either by giving a 404 or 410 code for these pages, or a redirect to the main page, or canonical in the html body.
if you do nothing, these pages will be excluded with the status "The page is a copy. The canonical version is not selected by the user." If you disable it in robots, then the status will either remain the same, or change to "scanned despite the ban ..." and the robot will always try to index.
It’s hard to say how bad it is, it definitely won’t add pluses to the site.

Good afternoon!
The rel=canonical attribute will help from all pages of this kind to the main one, or a 301 redirect.
Robots.txt will only be effective for Yandex in this case, Google can ignore this directive.
Everything in the complex will work, and after some time the duplicates will go away.
