Page not found (404 error)?

On the main page, all day today, the topic “We ruin QIWI, money out of thin air” hangs ( habrahabr.ru/post/162693/ ).
When I try to open it, I observe a subject. And at the same time, the rating of the article grows and comments appear.
I tried it in private browser mode, logged in and logged out, and even through another provider - it doesn’t help.
Is it just me?
