Packet loss on Juniper srx100?

Lord help me solve the problem!
There is a Juniper srx 100. I ping the provider's gateway from it, everything is ok. I ping the provider's gateway from the local machine, 50% of the packets are lost. What could be the problem?

Look towards MTU and speed negotiation on interfaces.

Let's step by step - is the gateway for clients terminated on SRX? If so, then ping from SRX to the client machine to the studio:
ping $ip_client rapid count 1000 size 1472 do-not-fragment
