Overlay current weather on image?

Good day, dear QA members!
Faced such a problem. Need help in creating a program that would "drag" the weather, well, for example, from Yandex or Yahoo and insert it into a certain picture at certain places (insert it into a ready-made template). More:
I have a certain JPEG format blank, which contains: temperature, air humidity, wind, day of the week and date. BUT! This is just a blank and therefore the fields on it are empty. I need this for my project.
I want to spread the weather daily on a certain resource. It is unrealistic to enter data by hand every day. A very long process.
Task. Make it so that all weather information is inserted into the picture at certain places. Wind speed next to the wind speed icon, temperature up in the middle, etc.
I couldn't find anything useful on the Internet on this topic, so I ask for your help!

The first thing that comes to mind is to write a macro for Photoshop.
