Overheating or similar, what could it be?
Hello everyone, I want to know what it could be. The computer is turned on by the cooler at full capacity, even if it is just idle on the lock screen. It feels like it is either overheating, or the sensors are suffering from garbage, or the software.
The temperature stays around 60. AMD processor.

I changed the thermal paste, the temperature dropped to 45-47 in quiet mode and no more than 55 in gaming.
I upgraded the computer from Win7 to Win10 on AMD at work - the coolers started spinning constantly, even at a load of 5%, the temperature in the BIOS of the processor was 60. I haven’t figured out what the jamb is yet. Most likely something with the chipset drivers.
