There was a need to hire tech specialists. medium and low-skilled support for the first line of supports, because they will copy-paste most of the answers to requests from a centralized knowledge base + use macros, in general, no improvisation.
More complex problems that already require a non-standard solution or a long time investment will already be redirected to second-line managers.
