Output of street cameras to the Internet?
Hello. There are 4 street cameras (not ip) at the summer cottage. There is also a video recorder. The Internet is simple, a modem from MTS, unlimited, the speed seems to be 2 mb / s. Tried forwarding ports and using ddns. Nothing came of it, ip changes and ports don't open. I would like to hear the opinion of experts, can I use some other registrar? Internet cannot be changed.

Take a Dahua or Hikvision reg. They have an adequate cloud. I work more with daha, you need hcvr or xvr recorders. I don’t sort by hick.
Other options are more difficult or more expensive.
Most likely you need to raise a server on your side, which will broadcast via http. Figs it that there MTS blocked with ports.
You can pervert and create private cameras on youtube and push streams into them with ffmpeg.
DDNS won't help. ip address is gray.
As already suggested above, another DVR with a normal cloud service is cheaper and easier.
For example, HiWatch DS-H104G ~4000 rub.
Tantos TSr-UV0414 Eco ~4000rub, in addition to the "cloud" can still upload videos to FTP, Google Drive, Dropbox.
Any P2P-enabled IP cameras or DVRs supporting the same technology will work for you . More P2P can be found on Wikipedia .
either a p2p registrar, or a tunnel, or ask MTS for a white IP. The first - the intermediate server dick understand where, there can be lags. Second - you need to be able to build a tunnel + if the server on the VPS will have to pay for it. The third is a monthly fee for a white IP.
