Outlook + TheBat! How to set up mail forwarding?

My clients use corporate services from Microsoft.
Mail stopped sending through TheBat! client. outlook servers always respond with the same error

SMTP server: smtp.office365.com
Connection: Secure to regular port (STARTTLS) 
Port: 587

The client settings are correct and have already been rechecked a hundred times.
