How to set up smtp in bitrix24?

We have a boxed version of Bitrix24. Connected several mailboxes with gmail.
I configured smtp in /home/bitrix/.msmtprc mail goes out. But mail always leaves from one sender which is specified in msmtprc. If in Bitrix when sending mail you specify from whom to send, then the mail is still sent from the user specified in msmtprc, but the reply address is added to the message header.
Question.
Is this how it's supposed to work? Is there any way to set up to specify the sender in Bitrix?
