Outlook + Skype + PHP/PhantomJS. Has anyone crossed yet?

Has anyone tried to receive new messages from skype through the web face of outlook?
So that the whole thing can be done on the server, send the output to the console and run the necessary scripts, passing the message text as a parameter.
