Outlook for iOS and Android does not connect via IMAP4 to RU-CENTER mail (mail.nic.ru). There is a solution?

Hello.
I'm trying to set up Outlook on iOS and Android to receive mail from mail.nic.ru (Ru-center). And it doesn’t work out, for some reason it just doesn’t connect and logs into the system (IMAP). I also tried to specify ports directly (mail.nic.ru:993) - this does not solve the problem.
At the same time, on Windows Mobile, the standard mailer works as it should, mail comes and goes.
Question: Has anyone encountered this problem and knows the solution? Interested in Outlook, because I'm used to it.
