Android +cp2102?

There is a desire to use the capabilities of a USB host to control one device via a serial port.
When connecting to dmesg, it sees the device, recognizes it correctly. But in /dev/ there is no hint of a COM port (there are standard UARTs from Tegra and 4 ttys0-3, which do not open under any circumstances).
Who can will be able to prompt, in what party to dig?
Oh yeah, the device is Transformer Prime, for reference.

@SFx

Just today I connected cp2102 to ubuntu - / dev / ttyUSB0 appeared, everything worked right away.
In fact, Android phones do not include linux kernel modules, and if it is not there, then nothing can be done. (unless you change / update FS)
Have you seen this ?

Thanks for the link, I'll take a look. Yes, there are no problems with Linux on desktops - everything is fine on Fedor too.
