Outlook duplicates mail, what should I do?

There is a terminal farm based on Windows Server 2012R2. User profiles are stored in user profile drives. From time to time I encounter duplicate incoming mail in OUTLOOK 2013 64bit. POP3 server (dovecot). This most commonly occurs after logging in after rebooting the entire farm. At the same time, users who do not work on terminals have no problem. Tell me which way to dig?
