VBA OLK 2003, 2010 assembly form macro, check time since last edit 48h, and ridonly if more?

It is necessary - for money - to write macros (VBS in custom form) -
OLK 2003, 2010 - when opening items in several neighboring
folders of the "calendar" type, you need to implement several checks:
1. user name and / or its AD group,
hide or make ridonly several fields, or hide one of the additional ones. form tabs.
2. the last edit was no more than 48 hours ago, if you are not the owner - ridonly
3. the name of the folder (for the time being, I think that items will be copied from one to another,
but when copying to another folder, you need to overwrite several fields in the copy.
This is if it does not work out hide something as in paragraph 1.)
4. fit the printed form - by calling from the template item in excel and word
This description was a little off the mark,
It is necessary - to differentiate the rights in folders. The standard model of rights -
Owner-editor-author-reader does not suit,
everyone needs to edit, i.e. everyone has rights not lower than the editor, but
something needs to be limited, it’s standard - individual fields can’t be limited or hidden in any
way . ? and so on complexity ... There are other possible workarounds for complex issues, if you can’t do it right - All this will give almost no security - it all works out, but the main task is to defeat the mess.
