How can I sync my outlook.com calendar with my stock Android calendar? Previously, it was possible to add an account as Exchange, but now Microsoft has closed this possibility. Are there any other ways?

The issue was resolved very simply. You need to install the Outlook mail client and enable the synchronization of contacts and calendar in the settings. No email client.
