What program in Android can save contacts (phone numbers) from a SIM card to a file and load them from a file into a SIM on another mobile phone?

I am looking for an Android program that can perform two simple operations:

  • Save contacts (phone numbers) on the SIM card to a file.

  • Put contacts (phone numbers) on the SIM card that were previously written to a file in the previous step.

The point is to transfer contacts from one Android mobile phone to another in such a file without transferring the SIM card itself (which is difficult in my case, because the first mobile phone requires a SIM, and the second one requires a microSIM).

There are four intentions:

  • I would like to save it to a file (and not to cloud storage), because it is safer.

  • I would like to store contacts exactly on the SIM card (and not in the phone's memory), because this greatly simplifies their transfer from mobile phone to mobile phone (except for the case of the difference between the sizes of SIM cards considered here).

  • Programs of "secure" insurance copying of contacts will not work, because the file they get is encrypted with a unique key - it is not suitable for reading on another mobile phone.

  • I don't want to fiddle around with getting root access on a mobile phone, because such a simple task can certainly do without root.

Do you know a program that can solve this problem?

@Mithgol

As a result, I purchased the SIM contacts manager program and with it I achieved what I wanted.
For those who wish to follow my example, I immediately say: after importing contacts from a file to a SIM, which is done by this program, the mobile phone should be turned off and on - only then the dialer in HTC One will pick up new information from the SIM card .

Can't the standard contacts application do this?
