Outgoing calls for 2-3 operators in the Russian Federation?

Now we have 1-2 Mbps Internet. We
use sipnet.ru.
Often you hear badly, echo, etc. What else can you try?, or just increase the speed?
What you need:
Ability to substitute an outgoing number
Call statistics
Ability to record calls
Geography of calls in the Russian Federation
Acceptable prices

put your own VoIP-PBX, or take a virtual one - you will have call recording and statistics.
connect, for example, a megaphone number via SIP (multiphone), and you can call through it, your number will be displayed.
It makes sense to increase the speed if there are many simultaneous calls.
And if the speed you specified is not only for telephony, but also for the rest of the Internet, then either divide it or make QoS for the VoIP traffic priority.

In principle, I agree with JDima, but you can try another technique:
- limit TCP traffic to operators by half of the Internet channel (so that there is definitely a free margin)
- use G729 codecs or, at worst, GSM, speex
- use high-quality equipment for calls (I personally like cisco/linksys office phones exactly by voice quality)
As for the functions (CallerID setting, recording, statistics, etc.), all this can be obtained free of charge in the Zadarma virtual PBX

What does 1-2 megabits mean? One megabit or two?
How many simultaneous calls?
Is the channel being used for anything other than calls?
If there is one megabit, there are more than one calls and the channel is still used for other purposes, but you need to think about something else, and not about what you wrote in the question.

IgorDimitrov, it is not necessary to set up a virtual PBX, all this can be found on any SIP telephony provider website, there will be a callerID, a conversation record, call statistics, outgoing and incoming calls, a voice greeting, background music, conditional forwarding ...
Call forwarding to skype , ASTERISK, other mobile phone number...
This service is suitable for call center, business, office and even home.
But if you need a more professional approach, then I agree that you need to get and set up a virtual PBX, but for this you need a good system administrator to set everything up.
Regarding outgoing calls 2-3, at least a billion operators in the Russian Federation, you need to ask your provider to change the trunk and select better VoIP traffic.
In short, talk to your supplier and find out what the problem is. I personally use Freezvon's SIP telephony services, here is the freezvon.ru link for you to enjoy!
I have been working with them for a long time and I am practically their VIP client :-) and I get constant discounts.
Have a good day everyone!
