OSes and 3 disks. How to arrange everything correctly?

Good day to all!
What I have:
There are 3 disks:
1. SSD 60GB
2. SSD 120GB
3. HDD 1TB
Now on the 1st disk is win10, on the 2nd is Fedora 29, the 3rd disk is for win10 files and programs.
What I want:
Build Arch and make it my main OS. BUT I want to save Windu, tk. I also want to play games. I plan to put Arch on 60 GB + for his files, add the 3rd disk (1TB), and put Windu on 120 GB.
What would you do?
PS if it helps in your answer, then I'm learning python development. I write php, html, css websites. I use programs such as PhpStorm, PyCharm, FileZilla, Chrome, Krita.
PSS if you still approve the idea with Arch, then I would like to know which shell is beautiful and minimalistic?

And why do you need someone's approval, put it, try it, and decide for yourself whether it's good or not. DE install Gnome3, it has everything you need to work, it is quite beautiful and to some extent even minimalistic, and if there are specific complaints about DE, then you can choose something else.
Why do you want to change Fedora to Arch? If you are constantly changing linux distributions in the hope of finding some "your own", then you are unlikely to find one. But if you really know what Arch will be better for you, then write, it will be possible to discuss.

@CHolfield

put Windows Server 2016 on 120 gig, install the Hyper-V role. on the terabyte there will be a storage of virtual machines, create a Linux machine and Windows 10. Throw the video card into a virtual machine with Windows to play ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/vi... - for help)
60GB disk - xs, where is it. buy an adapter from USB to SATA on alik and carry it like a USB flash drive)
