OS X won't install on new Macbook Pro 2014 SSD (reboot while installing OS X), how to solve?

Good afternoon!
I ran into such a problem: apparently my native drive on a Macbook Pro 2014 13 "A1502 flew off, I bought an m.2 Kingston KC2500 SSD and an adapter for it so that the standard m2 fits into the connector in the poppy.
Actually, the problem is as follows: OS X is not installed, I do it through bootable flash drive, because the operating system does not want to be installed via cmd + R or cmd + opt + shift + R. The problem is that during the installation process from a flash drive, the system reboots and starts the flash drive again with a choice of further steps (recovery, installation of OS X, help, disk utility), that is, as if nothing had changed, although occupied space appears on the ssd. During normal startup, after such a procedure, a folder with a question mark flashes.
I also tried it through recovery in disk utility, it also did not work.
Operating systems that I tried to install: High Sierra, El Capitan, Big Sur
Please tell me how to solve this problem, have you already tried a lot of things?

@h3ydear

I am posting the results of solving my problem.
So, MacBook Pro 2013 late, I tried to install Kingston SSD KS2500 through an adapter, all this action was unsuccessful. Today I replaced it with a Samsung MZ-JPV for 120GB from an aimak (I don’t remember exactly what year), the system got up the first time from a flash drive without any dancing with a tambourine, the flight was wonderful. Fortunately, we managed to find almost zero ssd, literally like in a store.
