How to Install Plugins for Plex on Mac OS?

The latest Plex server (Version 0.9.11.7.803-87d0708) is installed on a computer with Mac OS 10.9.4. Everything works - folders are scanned, there is access from other devices, movies are played, but I want to slightly expand the functionality with plugins (film search, watch.is, etc.).
Everywhere in the instructions, the following item for installing plugins:
~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
I don't have a /Plex Media Server folder.
I tried to add bundles directly to the application package (there is also a folder of plugins with bundles there) and nothing works. Tried rebooting multiple times.

If there is no such folder, then create it manually.

@artyomst

you have Mac OS in Russian and the Library folder is called "Libraries" (it is hidden - invisible)
