OS boot trick

Hello, dear habrazhitel!

There is a new computer, it works stably and everything is fine, but you have to shaman when loading. Here's how it happens:
After pressing the power button, it detects hard drives, everything is as it should, there is a single signal. Then the cursor appears in the corner of the screen for a couple of seconds and the computer goes into an endless reboot, that is, it reboots cyclically over and over again.

But! If you press any keys on the keyboard after the beep, then the boot is normal, the computer passes all stability tests and generally behaves perfectly.
BIOS firmware updated to the latest.

If necessary, here is the configuration:

- intel core i3 2100
- Gigabyte GA-H67A-USB3-B3
- PSU FSP 350W
- Video is built-in, cd / dvd is not.

I ask for your help, because there are no more ideas ...

The cursor appears in the corner of the screen
It's probably starting to load the OS. Maybe she has a problem.
Try booting for example from some live-cd, if everything is ok, then you should reinstall the OS.

1. Try to pull out the HDD altogether and see what happens.
2. Insert into other HDD ports.
3. Disable CD ROM.
4. Reset to default BIOS settings.

Check the load order and see if side raid is enabled. If possible, try another hard drive. If it does not help, then most likely the SC.

Disabled USB 3.0 in BIOS, it seems to work.
Gigabit support for 3.0 is crooked... But the chipset doesn't support it at all.
