Speed up AMI Aptio server bios loading?

Good afternoon.
After a long break, I updated the computer and I don’t understand anything in the BIOS settings
The machine is dual-processor, 2x Xeon E5 2680V3 (12 cores / 24 threads), DDR3 1600 64Gb

My knowledge was enough to disable Legacy devices, CSM, Memtest, enable UEFI + SecureBoot and install Windows 10
This was enough to reduce the boot time from 90 seconds to 35.

Moreover, it takes 5 seconds to boot the system (M2.NVME disk), and 30 seconds to boot the UEFI BIOS.
I think that you can optimize something in the BIOS, but the rest of the points I don’t even understand in some places what they refer to ...

And most importantly, the sleep and hibernation modes go through the same BIOS loading. Is it possible to somehow put the computer to sleep with a quick exit from sleep?

What and where can you read exactly about accelerating AMI BIOS loading in 2020? And then I just stumble upon a listing of menu items, without explanation. Help)))

@gbg

The server BIOS works well if once a month, no one puts an express boot into it. But they lay a bunch of tests, which take time.
