Oracle VirtualBox not installing on Win 8.1?

Trying to install Virtualbox 4.1.4, when installing it requires a disk! version 4.3.12, it needs the VirtualBox-4.3.12-r93733-MultiArch_amd64.msi file. At the same time, I did not have any version of VirtualBox. How to deal with it?
