I live in an old two-story house, I called back all the providers from Rostelecom to the Siberian bear, everyone says that there are no those possibilities, when asked whether it is possible to connect the Internet to a private house, but to my apartment, they say the same: there are no those possibilities. But, I punched the addresses of houses (already three-story) next to me (15-20 meters) and realized that they all have fiber optics.
Since I can persuade the same Rostelecom or any providers to connect wired Internet in my house, can you recommend any other providers?

You put the question wrong :) Ask if they can bring optics to your house at your expense :) The bill, however, will be very significant. For your money, the provider will even connect the line.

Wait for them to take the initiative. Like, for example, in my case. They themselves decided to hold, walked from house to house, recruited 10 people and held. 19 thousand came out, 100 something meters from the street corner. Or try to go to the office of the RTC itself, I was a little late, I came there and everything was decided there.

Perhaps your house is scheduled for demolition or falls under the criteria for such in the future.
The cost of connecting the Internet at home is quite high, even if the nearest trunk line is nearby ... i.e. this business pays off for years.
The provider simply does not want to risk connecting one subscriber for a potentially short period of time. The solution is to ask about the personal cost of the service.
ps if the Internet is really available in neighboring houses, the wrong (illegal) solution is to find a friend / rent an apartment in line of sight, and set up an air connection, modern wifi is more than suitable and you can provide yourself up to 200Mbps in good conditions.
