Opinion about working at Huawei

They invite me to work in the Novosibirsk Huawei as a technical support engineer, next week there is a face-to-face meeting where I need to decide whether I am going to them.
Tell us about the company, who has experience? I read reviews about them, so far the impression is more negative.
I myself am not a beginner, but I am not a guru either, so I am inclined to gain good experience.

I worked for xv 7 years in Moscow time ... I left mainly because of a conflict with my immediate Chinese boss, although any Russian manager could have been in his place, and this conflict could have been in any Russian company
whether you should go or not, depends on your experience and goals in life ... I won’t say anything bad about the company, since I got a lot of experience there, both in working with pieces of iron and experience in a foreign telecom company with all the ensuing corporate standards ... I went to this place already with some experience , so there was no place where I worked with my mouth open ... how you will be there - it depends on the authorities at the place, what you will be assigned to do ... so also try to interview your boss before making a decision :)

To everyone who will read this in the future, I inform you that I got a job at Huawei. So far, none of the negative reviews are justified. It's very cool to work here. The team, at least in Novosibirsk, is excellent - very smart people surround me. There is a lab with such equipment that not every provider dreamed of. In it you can realize your most sick telecommunication fantasies. At the same time, the salary is at a good level.
