Can you connect the charger to a type c hub?

Please help the people, in short, I bought a HAMA Aluminum port replicator for my

phone, a huawei p30 pro phone, I connect the phone to this wire, plug hdmi into the monitor, then I connect the mouse with the keyboard (everything works in desktop mode) - and finally the question arose , if you plug in the charger into the type-c port on the replicator, will the phone charge or burn out nafig? :) I will be grateful for the answer.

Also tell me how to change the input language on the keyboard in desktop mode, is there a combination?

I think it will charge. And to change the input language, use Shift+Alt or Win+Space.
