Opera 11 refreshes tabs on startup - how to disable? [Done!]?

I often keep tabs open just to “not forget” - bookmarking and closing the tab automatically means that I will forget about the very fact of the existence of some page.
It is not uncommon for me to come to work after home with his WiFi and surf the Internet through an old SE k750i - only GPRS, no EDGE - and Opera, after launch, starts updating about 15 open tabs. Without Opera Turbo enabled. The phone chokes. And I would be completely satisfied with the information loaded from the cache - usually in the tabs left because of importance, there is no rapidly changing information, basically any technical documents or manuals. But after starting the browser, you have to manually go through all the tabs, stopping the download.
I tried to look for a solution on the Internet and did not find it, I already rummaged through the whole opera:config #, tried all the settings ...
Previously, opening tabs from the cache and not updating them was the “default” behavior. That's why I love Opera.
Help set up version 11, if at all possible.

I do not know the ideal solution, a number of suggestions:
1. Use the Work Offline option before closing Opera, then it will open just blank pages, you can carefully turn on Turbo, refresh the desired page.
2. Write to the developers
3. Write an extension :)

The classic advice in such cases is to set up a local caching proxy. Unfortunately, as far as I know, other means to achieve the desired result will not work. :-(

eh, you should probably ask the developers. this was an important feature of the old opera - can it not be that for its return it is necessary to fence crutches like proxies?

I personally used to be happy just because I had a dozen wiki-type tabs open that do not need to be updated. and I launched the opera, it did not slow down in trying to load all the tabs through a narrow channel, I just selected one or two tabs and manually updated them. creepy comfortable :)

I found the answer, added the solution to the topic itself, helped on the Opera forum. Use on health!
