I can't download Opera because of Visual Studio, Just-in-Time debugger. What to do?

I'm still a beginner programmer, but please help) When you open an EXE file (installation of opera 23, and I have 12), this occurs. Like unchecked in the studio (2008) tools-options-debugging-Just-in-Time. But it didn't help. Maybe someone knows?

But seriously, the problem is not in msvs. The app has a bug that would just crash it. And the studio sees this and offers to see what happened (although it is quite difficult to do this without the source code).
If your computer is too weak for win7\win8, try a lightweight linux distribution (eg Arch + Xfce)
