OpenVPN+Radmin where is the error?

Good day friends!
There are:
1. WinSrv 2008 R2 with OpenVPN deployed (clients have static ip addresses, i.e. for each client, OpenVPN constantly gives out the ips I need), moreover, any client can easily ping and there is access to the client's shared resources. There are two subnets on the server 192.168.1.XXX - this is the internal network and the OpenVPN network 192.168.2.XXX. Installed Radmin Viewer.
2. The Windows 7 Pro client also has two networks, through one it goes to the Internet - it is also the internal network of the office, the second is Tap Windows OpenVPN. Installed Radmin Server and shows the availability of connections to the addresses of both subnets.
But here's the problem, trying to connect from a server to a client through Radmin, writes a connection error. If you need OpenVPN configs, I can post them. I ask for help guys, there is little information on the Internet on the topic of radmin + openvpn ... Where to dig?

@Typ6o_CycJIuk

It is very similar to the Firewall restrictions on the server (client machine) side of the radmin - i.e. of the wheelbarrow to which you are connecting with the radmin weaver, turn off the firewall, check again.
