How to set up both LAN and 2 vpn?

There is a local network, there are 4 computers and a laptop in it.
The main characters are a laptop (and its 2 VPN clients) and PC1 VPN1
(cisco any connect) works fine and does not cause any complaints. When VPN2(openvpn) is running, the following situation occurs: after a random amount of time, access to PC1 and its printer is lost (there is most often access to other computers), after VPN2 is reconnected, work is restored.
The laptop is connected via wi-fi, the PC is connected via a router; laptop (with VPN2) does not ping PC1, other computers on the network
ping Google, that you need to uncheck "Use the default gateway on the remote network", but Windows does not consider openVPN and cisco connections as VPN connections and there is no such checkbox
