OpenVPN is not connecting the client to the server, what should I do?

How it all works: There is a server in Germany on which there is ESXi with virtual machines and OpenVPN works like clockwork on them. Through OpenVPN, printing is done to printers that are in the office of people who, in turn, work on virtual machines (a server in Germany). But the problem is not with them, the problem is with the accountant who cannot work on a virtual machine and needs printers. I put OpenVPN on the accountant's work machine with all the settings automatically installed in the installer downloaded from the server. It looks like closed ports on the router. But no matter how much I open them, everything is empty. Any ideas? Maybe I'm opening it wrong...

check nmap with a port scan. He and UDP is able to check.

It is not entirely clear where the printers are located, where the OpenVPN server is located.
