Hello. When I connect to a VPN (frootvpn) via OpenVPN, on sites where IP is determined, they write that I use a proxy, is it because of frootvpn or does the openvpn program give information?
Because there is no such thing through the built-in VPN from the opera, it does not write that I use a proxy, etc., everything is clean.

Most likely your output IP appeared in the list of proxies. So yes, it's because of frootvpn.
