The CA and KEY EXPIRE parameters are commented out, but when creating a key, it says that the key is valid for 3650 days, but how to make it eternal?

10 years is not enough?
Then generate with the -days parameter, an example for 100 years:
./easyrsa sign-req client User -days 36500
