OpenVPN daisy chain connection? Is it possible to?

Good afternoon friends.
I may be bluntly stating my question, but please help.
There is a local openvpn server in a small company (for access to 1C databases, RDP, file balls, and so on) and an openvpn server on a remote VPS (for access to some sites).
The second is connected only when you need to go to these sites. Is it possible to somehow mess up the settings on the local OpenVPN server (this is a dedicated virtual machine on the server), so that employees go to "the same sites" and go to them from a remote IP that is on a remote VPN on a VPS? That is, routing the connection to "the same sites" was handled by "something" on a local virtual machine with openvpn.

It is possible, but these settings must be made on the gateway through which employees access the Internet. for example on a company router...

HM, The only thing that can look where users go is a proxy. For example squid, but I'm not sure exactly what they can stir up such routing. You need to read about him.
