Is there an OpenVPN web interface for the average user?

Hello, during the blocking, there were many requests from acquaintances to "set up vipien". Now there are about 30 clients. Is there just a way to make a web interface that can be given to a conscious person (not from IT, but besides the browser I saw something on a PC) with a clear shaping and traffic setting? I found plugins for all sorts of admin systems like webmin, but it won’t work to trust the user. Itself not the administrator, but the console saw.
