OpenSUSE 12.1 and proxy settings

Delivered openSUSE 12.1 in parallel with old 11.4. I tried to set up the Internet (distributed through a proxy server). Set up a proxy in yast. Firefox and Chromium got access to the Internet, Opera only works if you set a proxy in the browser itself.
The console for ping answers "Network is unreachable", despite the fact that local machines are pinged. I configured everything the same as in 11.4.

@reddot

proxy settings can be specified separately in the package manager config, at least for yum and apt this is the case.
