OpenServer index out of bound?

Hello. There was a problem with the local server. I've been using OpenServer for 3 years now, I like everything, but recently there was a problem. I don’t remember exactly why, (like for the Prepros preprocessor) I tried to change the path to the program from Russian to English, after which OpenServer issues "index out of bound" at startup. Tried reinstalling, doesn't help. After removing the "pieces" of the program does not remain, checked with Soft Organizer. Help me find a solution, I googled as best I could, nothing helps.
